How to access in game
This is only available for commun ity servers. If you would like to get your own Arctic server you can here.
Log into RCON https://pavlovrcon.com/
Add yourself as a moderator in the add mod tab
Rotate the map
Join the server
Open the pause menu and you will see the admin menu button above vote kick.
